I’m an executive life coach with a proven track record as a tech executive and lawyer who helps ambitious individuals and leaders feel more energized to unlock their potential, level up their careers, and live a more purpose-driven life professionally and personally.  I’ve been in the trenches, starting from humble beginnings to successfully climb the corporate ladder to the highest levels in many industries, including at top tech companies. I’ve been on the hire side of 100s of interviews and have a 360 view of successfully navigating promos.  I’ve also managed hundreds of people as a leader of numerous cross-functional teams.  Most important, I personally know what it is like to summon the courage to fundamentally pivot from living someone else’s dreams to aggressively pursuing your own dreams on your own terms.

Greetings!  I'm Jeanne (pronounced like "genie" in a bottle) Sheahan and I moved to Park City, Utah to pursue my passion for the mountains and skiing!  I'm originally from Wisconsin (Go Badgers!!), but spent most of the last 20 years in cities around Silicon Valley, CA.  For the last 15 years, I have been a privacy lawyer most recently for Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) where I built and managed the Legal Privacy Compliance team, a first-of-its-kind team of high-performing directors, attorneys, and risk/compliance professionals that partner with senior executives across the company to design, build, and operationalize Meta's Global Privacy Program.  For fun, I'm passionate about winter sports, yoga, running, hiking, tree-hugging, travel, & scuba diving.  

Now I’m an executive life coach because I am intimately familiar with what it takes to professionally succeed in high-pressure jobs without compromising personal ambitions.  I’m no stranger to the serious pitfalls of corporate America:  burnout, bias, failing relationships, anxiety, survival mode, mental and physical illness from stress. Sound familiar?  Also, I’m acutely aware of the reality that often the higher people professionally climb, the more isolated they are because their professional facades increasingly differ from their private realities where they are overwhelmed with crushing responsibility.  I’ve learned the hard way by getting a PhD in the School of Life that avoiding self-care, rest, and good ‘ole fashioned fun isn’t an option.  When it wants you to exist differently, first the universe taps you, then it smacks you, and then it clobbers you to the ground. 

What I’ve personally discovered and lived is that it is never too late to make life changes.  You’re never too old to listen to your heart (pro tip: your heart knows a LOT!).  You get one life. One body. One mind. And one soul. And I’ve found each is a radical gift from the universe.  My passion is helping people cut through all of the noise to become reenergized, empowered, and confident in their ability to redefine career and life success on their own terms.
